· Session Six: Troubleshooting: Each delegate will have the chance in this session to explore problem areas for team building and leadership, to share their experiences and to work on some practical solutions to common problems. |

· Session Seven: Publicising your success: Teams rarely work in isolation: to maximise the career benefits of successful team working and leadership it is necessary to ensure that you publicise your success. This session will show delegates how to achieve this in the most effective way. |

· Session Eight: Development Plan: Each delegate will produce an action plan for future development, a plan which can be supported via e-mail after the course. |
