� Session Two: Communication: Exploring the benefits and potential weaknesses of different forms of communication within teams.

� Session Three: Organisational Development: For both team building and leadership, organisational methods can be employed which will make the task both easier and more effective. In this session delegates are given the opportunity to experiment with some of these methods.

� Session Four: The Art of Delegation: Learning to delegate effectively is one of the most difficult skills to develop as a leader. Here, we consider why it is so problematic and develop some techniques to overcome this hurdle.

� Session Five: Time Management: Understanding how to develop a personal time management system in order to cope with the demands of running a team.
